Mom (Chrissy) and Dad (Jim the Builder) brought The Handsome Guy out for a visit on this damp, drizzly Sunday afternoon. He had his serious face on most of the time he was here, but I think I saw him give a thumbs up on the house.Kaya, Lester and Sophie had such a good romp down by the creek that I think all three are going to be exhausted—my two for the rest of the day—Kaya for at least another hour while the family is checking out the Fly Creek Cider Mill.
It's so grey out there today that I spent some time cleaning up The Dump this morning, not that it really needed it (ha). Going back to read my book, Suite Francaise, and then try to figure out what to do for dinner without the use of my grill, again.
